How to Apply

 The Universal Strategic Services Foundation supports programs that are focused around our four programmatic goals, particular attention is devoted to programs catered for people facing severe economic hardship as well as progressive environmental and natural resource stewardship.

Currently we are focused on expansion of our Inclusive Solar Power (ISP) project, and are seeking qualified candidates for funding.  If you have a project that would be suitable, please download the ISP application form and send it together with the official documents requested to:

INELIGIBLE REQUESTS:
Like most foundations, the Universal Strategic Services Foundation seeks to be tactical in its grant making decisions. Therefore, the Foundation does NOT provide grants for:

  • ongoing general operating expenses or operating support

  • operational phases of established projects

  • specific individuals

  • religious or political purposes

Moreover, the Foundation is unwilling to commit itself to the long-term support of any activity or organization.  Please note that the Universal Strategic Services Foundation's policy is to consider as indirect costs a maximum rate of 5%.
